IMPORTANT – CANCELLATION POLICY - Based on common policies of this nature, please ensure you provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid the 50% cancellation fee. - Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within this window generally incur a 50% fee of the total scheduled service cost. - No-Shows: Failure to show up for an appointment without any notice often results in a 100% charge of the service cost.

RMT ASSIGNMENT POLICY - When booking online, a specific Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) will be assigned only if requested at the time of booking. If no specific RMT is requested, an available RMT will be assigned to accommodate your appointment and optimize scheduling - Requesting a Therapist: To ensure you see a preferred practitioner, you must explicitly select them during the online booking process. - Automatic Assignment: If you skip this step, the system will assign any available therapist to fill that time slot. - **Due to Massage Association regulations, we are unable to provide massage services to pregnant clients during their first trimester (before 13 weeks) without a prescription from a registered physician.

INSURANCE & DIRECT BILLING - While we make every effort to ensure our RMTs are approved for direct billing, some insurance providers may require additional processing time. We do not have control over Insurance providers that are off line at the time of your visit. In such cases, a receipt will be provided for client self-submission.
