Acupuncture is a time-tested holistic therapy that offers a wide range of physical and mental health benefits. Whether you're seeking relief from pain, stress reduction, improved sleep, or better overall well-being, acupuncture may be a valuable addition to your healthcare routine. Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine practice that involves inserting thin needles into specific points on the body to stimulate natural healing processes. The insertion of needles is virtually painless and is often accompanied by a sensation of warmth or mild tingling. Once the needles are in place, they help to unblock energy flow, stimulate blood circulation, and trigger the release of natural pain-relieving chemicals in the body, such as endorphins. Discover the profound healing power of acupuncture and embark on a journey towards a healthier, more balanced life.

Naturopathic Medicine

Naturopathic medicine is a distinct health care system that integrates modern scientific knowledge with traditional and natural forms of medicine. Naturopathic Doctors work to treat the underlying cause of diseases, and stimulate the body’s inherent healing processes.

Children's Massage

Ages 6-12. Children are faced with hectic lifestyles with school, peer pressure, family, technology, sports, chores, etc. Massage can decrease stress levels, calm their nerves, reduce anxiety, help them stay active, and will improve their sleep!

Couples Massage

Please book 2 individual appointments or call us at 403-454-5374 for assistance. Enjoy your massage in the same room with another person, while laying in separate beds close to each other. One massage therapist is assigned to each person. Not a common option in most clinics, yet a perfect opportunity to spend time with someone you care for.

Cupping Massage

Cupping massage is an ancient form of alternative medicine. Silicone cups are placed on your skin to create suction and help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being. Silicone cups are sanitized before and after each treatment. Please note cupping may cause large red circles to appear on the treated areas which can last up to a week.

Head, Neck, Scalp Massage

This 30 minute treatment focuses on your neck and shoulders, scalp, and face to relieve symptoms of stress, anxiety, headaches, shoulder tension, and insomnia.

Hot Stone Massage

Smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on your body to help ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissue. This massage treatment also relieves pain and tension, reduces stress and anxiety, and promotes a good night sleep.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a gentle, connective tissue massage technique that accelerates the movement of the lymphatic fluid that bathes the tissues, through the lymphatic system and into the bloodstream. Your Registered Massage Therapist will use gentle, precise, rhythmic strokes. The pumping action of the massage causes small capillaries to open and close, enhancing reabsorption of lymph from the tissues back into the lymphatic vessels.

The lymphatic system is responsible for keeping the connective tissue surrounding cells free from excess water, proteins, bacteria, viruses, inorganic materials, destroyed cells resulting from surgery or trauma, red blood cells, and other dead cells. This technique helps to reduce edema or tissue fluid retention and decongests lymphatic pathways. The repetitive and soothing techniques also stimulate pain-inhibitory reflexes. Lymphatic Drainage Massage may enhance immune function, increase tissue metabolism, improve nutrition to the tissues, promote eliminative functions, establish fluid balance, reduce pain, and induce deep relaxation.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal Massage: *After 1st trimester only*
Taking care of your body during pregnancy and after delivery is extremely important as your body goes through changes and adjustments to prepare you for your growing baby and parenthood! Congratulations!

I have been described as caring, compassionate, and a quiet leader. It brings me joy to truly connect with other people, which is part of why I love my work. I have also been known to be a bit of a nerd, an artist, and an athlete.

As a naturopathic doctor, it is my mission to guide others so that they may heal on all levels: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. The human body has an innate capacity to overcome illness and to rebalance itself, given the right conditions. When we truly listen to what our bodies need, healing can begin.

I will listen to your story. Often, just understanding your symptoms can show us what is going on in your body. If we need to get a clearer idea of what is happening, we may choose to use diagnostic testing such as standard blood work, detailed hormone testing, and food testing. From there, we will discuss natural approaches that can work with your body, so that it can start to heal. This may include therapeutic nutrition (using food as medicine), herbal medicines, nutritional supplementation, and lifestyle supports. I am also trained in acupuncture, cupping, and other hands-on techniques to help facilitate healing.

Healing is not often easy or fast, but if you are ready to begin, I am here to support you.
